Politics aside, who do you think are the real terrorists, Hamas or the Israeli government?

According to the BBC Hamas has killed 50 people in 7 years, 13 being this year and Israel has managed to kill 1300+ innocent civilians in three weeks and managed to convince the world through the media that killing for peace is right.
